USED - 2H (12HT) Oil Cooler Cover Assembly with 6 pc. gasket kit

This item suits later parent bore engines only. A parent bore engine is one that does not have cylinder liners, and the cylinders are cut directly into the block. Earlier versions of the Toyota 2H engine had cylinder liners and used a different oil cooler cover that are not compatible with this version.

This is a used later model 2H oil cooler/oil cooler cover assembly that has been media blasted and cleaned.

There are several different variants of this style of oil cooler cover, and some have a removable plug while others do not. The 12HT versions have bosses on the cover that are drilled and tapped for temperature and idle-up sensors, while the 2H versions have the bosses but they are not drilled and tapped.

Note: It is the end-user's responsibility to re-clean this part prior to installation in the event that I have not done an adequate job of cleaning out all dirt and debris from my cleaning and media blasting work.

16323-68030 = 12HT (1989) = does not have removable plug, has bosses drilled and tapped for temperature and idle-up sensors
- here are also variants that do not the removable plug, and also do not have the bosses for temperature and idle-up sensors.

* Important Notes:
• Oil Cooler Cover assemblies with the removable Plug (90950-05124) require the 16329-68010 "Stay, Water Inlet Hole" to retain the plug.
• The removable plug uses o-ring 90301-29006 to seal to the oil cooler cover housing.
• The stay is not included with the sale of these parts.

Early Type Oil Cooler Cover:
16323-68010 = Early 2H with liner-type engine - this not compatible with the parts listed here as the oil filter housing adapter is different. Does not have a removable plug.
