This bolt normally comes supplied with the tensioner, and is retained by a small clip from the factory, when you are replacing it during a timing belt replacement and is not usually needed as a separate item.
It is the bolt that the tensioner pulley pivots on, is located off to the side on the tab, and not in either of the slotted holes.
I have a few in stock for those who need one due to unforeseen circumstances.
The other two bolts that go with the tensioner pulley are:
Bolt (black) that goes in the center of the tensioner pulley bearing to lock the pulley into place once the belt tension has been set: 90105-08169
Bolt (silver, plated) that goes in the slotted hole next to the tension spring: 90109-08172 This bolt is longer than the pivot bolt and has a non-threaded section.
