Kit Contents:

*Note about the release bearing: For the 2H and the 12HT, at least, there are two different release bearings depending on your vehicle's production date.
There is an earlier larger diameter bearing, and a later smaller diameter bearing.
• Kits ship by default with the larger, earlier bearing.
However - if you supply your correct VIN or Chassis/Frame number - then it's possible to determine the correct release bearing for your vintage and that will be supplied instead at no additional cost.
An important note about machining your flywheel:
• Your flywheel must be machined when replacing your clutch to renew the surface.
• The step must be maintained when machining your flywheel for the 2H & 12HT, if the step is not there, it must be put back. I haven't checked to see if the 2F engine flywheel uses a step - check your service manual.
• Step is +0.5mm at the friction area, meaning that the area that the clutch disc contacts must sit up from the area around the edge that the pressure plate bolts to by 0.5mm.
• Failure to have this positive step will mean your clutch will not hold properly, and will wear out prematurely from slipping.
Service notes:
It is considered best practice to replace your clutch release (slave) and master cylinders when replacing your clutch, and thoroughly flush the old fluid out of the system. See the the Related Products listing below.
Also, you may want to consider replacing your rear engine seal as this is also considered best practice. The rear main seal for the 12HT and 2H is listed here: Genuine Seal 90311-95008 or Aftermarket Seal 90311-95002
