Engine Australia's version of the Toyota Connecting Rod bolts for the 1PZ, 1HZ, 1HDT, 1HD-FT, 1HD-FTE engines.
These rod bolts use a Torque to Yield (TTY) tightening pattern, and though they can be measured and re-used (the specs are in the engine manual), however we suggest that you simply replace them as it’s cheap insurance against having issues with a bolt failure which would be catastrophic to your rather expensive engine.
