This kit does NOT contain: the shims that may be required to set-up your pinion gear depth, nor does it contain the shims to set-up carrier gear position (backlash) and bearing pre-load. These parts are available separately.

• 2x Carrier Bearing 90366-60002 - Note: these carrier bearings are 60mm i.d.
• 1x Rear Pinion Bearing 90366-40059
• 1x Front Pinion Bearing 90366-30038
• 1x Pinion Seal 90311-38035
• 1x Crush Sleeve 41231-60030
• 1x Pinion Stake Nut
• 1x Differential Carrier to Housing Gasket
• 1x Gear Set-up Paint (does not come with brush)

Notes about completing a differential bearing replacement or re-gear:
Other parts are going to be needed to complete a differential bearing or re-gearing job; here are suggestions for additional parts to order.
1. On rear differential applications, you will need or want, rear axle shaft gaskets and inner axles seals at the very least.
70 & 80 Series rear axle seal kit (1990-on manufacture) DT-HSK30
• 60 & HD 70 series rear axle seal parts (before 1990 model year)
     • Wheel Bearing Seal 90311-62001
     • Inner Axle Seal 90310-35001
     • Hub Gasket 43422-60010
• Hub Stud & Cone Washer Kits (8x1.25mm) 90116-08325K / FTL-395

Alternatively, you can use a wheel bearing kit that contains the seals and
     • 1990-on =
     • before 1990 =

2. On pre-1990 60 & HD 70 Series models that use the 9.5" differential in the front axle, you will probably want to order a knuckle rebuild kit
