Installation tips:
• Add brake parts lubricant to the caliper pins - factory supplied lubricant is often very minimal and adding additional lubrication will help maintain proper caliper function between your annual brake service intervals.
• Placing a small amount of brake parts lubricant or anti-seize compound to the bleeder screw threads will virtually eliminate chances the bleeder screw will get stuck in place.
• Always completely flush the brake system with brand new DOT 4 (preferred) or DOT 3 brake fluid - from a sealed container - each time you are replacing calipers or changing the brakes pads, or every year or two as part of your regular brake service.
