This is the pin that the parking brake bell crank pivots on in the bracket:
RH Bracket: 47628-60010
LH Bracket: 47629-60010

It is secured by a small c-clip often called an "e clip": 90213-06013

It's a really good idea to lubricate this pin and also the bell cranks, where they insert into the "bracket", so that they don't seize from corrosion between the parts. Anti-seize compound of silicone brake parts lubricant works well for this job.
