November 15 2024 - Canada Post is on strike. Shipping will be completed by other carriers such as Purolator, UPS, DHL and others. I have not yet integrated different carrier options into the eCOm site, but selecting Canada Post will mean your order will get shipped and delivered to your address by a different carrier that's not on strike.
Current Status as of October 22, 2024
• Shipments are typically being sent out within 1-2 days of ordering, there is a large backlog of emails, and this will get worse as we are approaching year-end and inventory taking time.
Current Status as of Late September - Early October 2024:
• Shipments from our time off should be all caught up by Thursday Sept 26th.
• New inventory is arriving today, Thursday Sept. 26th and more inventory is arriving soon.
• Monday September 30th is a Statutory Holiday in Canada for Indigenous Truth & Reconciliation
Current Status as of September early-mid 2024: RADD Cruisers is on vacation from Friday, September 6th through Monday, September 23rd.
• During this time, the eCom site will continue accepting orders, however orders placed during this time will not be shipped until after we return.
• Expect shipping to resume starting on Tuesday, September 24th.
• Orders will be shipped in the order in which they were received unless you include a note with your order indicating that you would like your items to be shipped as soon as possible.
Current Status as of August 2024: RADD Cruisers is out of town from Friday, August 16th through Tuesday, August 20th. Orders placed during this time will be shipped in they order they were received beginning on Wednesday, August 21st.
Current Status as of January 23, 2024: a few shipments that were delayed due to last week's weather conditions are being shipped today. The snow has cleared on most roads and only some very icy conditions remain in places for some local roads.
