• RADD Cruisers will not replace items that are lost or damaged in shipping: this is the role of the shipper.
• PayPal and other payment processing fees are NOT refundable on any transaction Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Orders that are refused at time of delivery are considered to have been properly delivered and will be treated as such. All expenses related to the return to our business will be deducted from any refund.
• Sales of used items are considered to be final (ie: they are returnable, refundable or exchangable).
